Can I follow construction without visiting the site?
Yes. The model shows what has been built, what is in progress and what is still to come, and our engineers post site updates with photos. You see where your project is today without waiting for a report.
How do payments work?
You pay into Geoplat Limited’s company account, never to an individual, and each payment has a receipt you can check online. Spending is shown task by task in your portal.
How is the building set out on site?
From our own survey control, the same survey the design is based on, so the building sits where it was designed to.
What happens after handover?
You keep the as-built model with equipment, warranties and service dates attached, and we can maintain and manage the facility for you.
How much does construction management cost?
It depends on the size, location and stage of the project. You get a written quote before any work starts.
